Step-By-Step instructions
Step 1 - Create an Account
The first step to giving online is to establish your account. When you first enter the online giving page, you have the option to create a new account. Click the “Create Account” button and fill out the form. Note that passwords need to be 6‐15 characters and are case sensitive. Be sure to enter a correct email address as this is how you will be able to identify yourself in the future if you have any issues. Also, notice there is a section for account management such as password and user ID help should you forget your password or user ID in the future.
Step 2 – Login
Once you create your account, login under the “Current Users” section with your newly created user ID and you’ll see the second graphic on the right.
Step 3 – Schedule Contributions
Type in the amount that you would like to give and the schedule, i.e. one time, weekly, every two weeks, twice per month (1st and 16th), monthly, quarterly or yearly.
Select the “General Fund” under Fund.
Type in your Payment Info (credit/debit card or checking account/bank draft) and your Billing Info (address). Double check that anything that has an * asterisk next to it has been filled in or selected.
Note that if you are scheduling or placing a one time contribution, the button at the bottom of the section will read "Schedule Payment Now" or "Make Payment" respectively. If you are scheduling ongoing contributions, the button will read "Schedule New Contribution". Once you click the button at the bottom of the section, the top of the page should update and now show:
If you haven't filled in needed information, the note will let you know what you're missing. If you have successfully scheduled a contribution, you will receive an email shortly afterward from contributions@hishandschurch.com.
